Many times snoring relates to blocked breathing passes. If your sinuses are clogged you should take a large bowl with boiled water, add some apple cider vinegar to the water, and breathe the water. Put a towel on your head so the steam will stay in and you will be able to breathe the steam better.

Take a 20-30 min walk every day, or exercise daily. This will help you to breathe more easy and will also help to lose weight if needed. Overweight is another reason for snoring so losing weight if needed can also help to solve the problem.

Snoring have many causes, one of them can be eating before you go to bed. A full stomach can make it more difficult to breathe right, therefore try to stop eating 1-2 hours before you go to sleep.

The most known trick to stop snoring is not to lie on your back. Put a pillow behind your back to make sure you don’t turn in the middle of the night.
