Home Remedies for Menstruation Pain


How to treat menstruation pain with home remedies

Tea can give you a relief from the pain, you can drink Melissa tea or chamomile tea, whichever you like more, as long as you drink it warm and in small sips and try to relax.

A bath is a great solution when having menstruation pain. You can add essential oils to the bath so it will calm your body and mind and help you with the pain. Lie down in the bath for 20 minutes or take a long warm shower.

When you are at that time of the month and you're suffering from pain in your lower abdominal you should drink a cup of warm milk with a half a teaspoon of cinnamon mixed inside. This will help to soothe the pain; you should feel the difference in no time. Try to lie down and relax, even close your eyes to rest.

When you're suffering from menstruation pain you should just take a short walk, don’t walk too fast, the idea is to move your body a little and get some fresh air. It will help to calm the pain and also make you forget about it.
