Home Remedies with Cinnamon

Anxiety
Cinnamon is a very good solution for Anxiety. Boil 1 cup of water and add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon into it. Mix well and wait until it cools so you can drink it. This will help you to relax and will take away to problem. Be patient it takes a few minutes until it works.

Headache
A good remedy to treat headaches is made from cinnamon. Mix cinnamon with water until you get a muddy mixture, smear some on your forehead and lie down for about 30 minutes. Close your eye and relax while you are waiting for the remedy to work, clear your mind. After the time passes you can get up slowly and wash your forehead with lukewarm water.
