How to treat high blood pressure with home remedies

One of the known remedies for high blood pressure is garlic. What you need to do is add garlic to your daily nutrition. Drink fresh, squeezed lemon juice every day. You can add some honey into it so it will taste sweeter. If you suffer from heartburns you should try a different remedy since the lemon might trigger it.
