Constipation can be treated by a regular healthy diet that contains certain vegetables and fruit, such as carrot and tomatoes; you can eat them fresh or drink their juice, just add them to your daily nutrition.
Water is the key for better digestion and other health problems; drink at least 6 glasses or water every day for better bowel movements. Water will also make you skin look younger so try it out.
Guava is very beneficial when you are constipated. Eat a few fresh guavas or drink guava juice. Don’t eat too many guavas since it might over do it and cause diarrhea.
