Backaches Home Remedies

In order to treat backaches you need to massage your back. The kind of massage depends on the severity of the backaches. If you back pain repeats and doesn’t go away you should consult your doctor, but if the pain is just temporary and you want to treat it you can do it yourself by using almond oil, eucalyptus oil, or mint oil and massage your back gently where it hurts.

When suffering from back pain it is recommended not to sleep on your stomach since that will make the back to arch and when it hurts you want your back as straight as possible.

Garlic is a good remedy for backache. If you suffer from back pains every once in a while, try to add garlic to your daily intake and this should prevent the pain. You can eat the garlic as is but most people will find it too strong and would rather eat it on bread or in a salad.
