Home Remedies for Asthma

Cabbage is a great treatment to prevent asthma attacks. Prepare cabbage juice by grating the cabbage or cutting it in small pieces, drink the juice daily.

To treat asthma attacks you should boil 1 cup of milk with 1 garlic clove. Wait until it cools and drink the milk. If you really don’t like garlic you can prepare the same remedy without the garlic, just drink a lukewarm cup of milk.

After every large meal you should drink water with lemon. This will relief the stress and will help you breath better.

Black coffee is a well known home remedy for asthma attacks. You should drink a strong warm black coffee to prevent asthma and treat it once you have it.

Blueberries can also help; eat 2-3 teaspoons of blueberries squash.
